This Privacy Policy explains how Gform ("Gform," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Gform application.
When you sign in with Google, we may receive basic account information that you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a Google account identifier. We may also process information you deliberately enter, submit, or create while using Gform, together with basic technical and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
Gform accesses Google user data only after you grant permission through Google's OAuth consent screen and only for the features described to you. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate Gform under appropriate confidentiality obligations, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you consent, it is necessary for security or support, or it is required by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. We retain information only as long as needed to provide Gform, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
You can revoke Gform's Google access from your Google Account security settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and necessary record-keeping.
Gform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy. We will publish changes on this page and revise the effective date.
