Some features may require Google sign-in. You authorize only the permissions shown on Google's consent screen and may revoke access through your Google Account at any time.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate another person's rights, or use Gform for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Gform and to comply with law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gform and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms. You may stop using Gform and revoke Google access at any time.
We may update these Terms by publishing the revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
